The technology packages and solutions we provide will be directly dependent on the outcomes of a free, no-obligation consultation. Our staff will then assess the need and access to connection infrastructure in a nursing home, retirement village or seniors’ own home to provide the best possible solution for each customer.
We then recommend a tailored technology package (see Packages for examples) consisting of one or many devices, provide fixed cost installation and setup of the package in the home.
Training and support packages where our staff work with the individual until familiar with using their devices, apps etc to communicate with loved ones.
Ongoing device management service and device remote access and monitoring service where our staff manage the maintenance and security of the communication technology package.
